Producing quality concrete

It is deeply-embedded in our core and we use quality to guide each of our processes and workflow. A major part of our Quality Control Program includes field testing of concrete, from residential and commercial to civil projects. The integrity and consistency of our concrete is being constantly tested under different circumstances and stress environments to ensure they pass with flying colors. To further verify our findings and eliminate any conflict of interest, we use of third party laboratories for cylinder compressive strength results.
We have streamlined specialists on all operational fronts, from on-site field-testers, quality control specialist and laboratory technicians, who are carefully and continuously improving the grade of our concrete product. We have in place highly trained and dedicated professionals that enable us to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. PLP Redimix concrete is made by intermixing the sand and gravel from our quarries and is freshly mixed on-site. The ingredients are supplied from our batching plants in Scarborough and are selectively chosen.
